What this test measures
Anti-sperm antibodies are antibodies that stick to sperm and can stop them moving or binding to an egg. They are looked for when sperm clump together on analysis or after vasectomy reversal.

Part of some semen analyses and fertility work-ups.

- Previous vasectomy, injury or infection of the testicle

- A negative result is the usual finding
