Mull-It (“the app”) is a daily puzzle game published by Patient Thread Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app collects and why. We have tried to keep it short and honest.
On your device (never leaves it unless you join a family): your daily streak, your history of which puzzles you’ve played and your scores, and your settings (such as gentle mode).
On our servers — only if you choose to join a family:
That’s all. We do not collect your email, phone number, contacts, location, or device advertising identifiers.
Solely to make the game work: to keep your streak, to let a family share a streak and a weekly leaderboard, and to show each member what they scored. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
The family features are hosted on Supabase (our database and authentication provider), acting as our data processor on our instructions. Data is protected by row-level security so a family’s data is only visible to that family.
Mull-It is designed to be played by families, including children, alongside adults. We deliberately collect as little as possible and require no personal details to play. We recommend a parent or guardian sets up the family and chooses display names for younger players.
We keep family data for as long as the family group exists. To delete your data or your family group, contact us at chris@patientthread.com and we will remove it. You can clear all on-device data at any time by deleting the app.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at chris@patientthread.com.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app.
